Announcements and invites

Depending on your event, formal or informal, luncheon or concert, we will help you make decisions which fit your needs – budget and style. From folded invitations to postcards.

Posters

Standard sizes of 11x17 or 13x19 are the most economical to run to advertise. Larger sizes are available and typically used for signage during the event.

Having a unique and memorable logo is an important part of establishing an identity. SIU departments need to adhere to certain guidelines with event logos to help maintain our brand and identity. We are versed in working within these guidelines and can help your department.

University Communications designs all student recruitment materials for campus. Our design department works in tandem with them to brand all appropriate materials for the university and will help make your projects brand compliant.

There are many projects which go on every day here at SIU which are non-recruitment related including events, speeches, history month celebrations, luncheons, receptions and fundraisers.

If you are in doubt about if your project would be considered a recruitment piece, give us a call! We will be glad to help advise you or direct you to whom you need to speak to. 

Display posters

We produce display posters for SIU student presentations and conferences. We suggest you use either photobase (best if you have many pictures/images and has a satin finish) or if your poster has more graphs and text, tyvek. An Adobe PDF is the preferred file format. Ready to submit your file? Just submit your request online and follow the instructions for upload.

Class projects

We offer all of our professional services to the SIU student community as well. From magazine layouts including saddle stitching and trim, to oversize prints to reports. Let us know what you need and one of our designers will be happy to work with you to get your polished project done. 

ADA Signage

Our office assists with all signage needs to help your office comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Engraved Signs

Engraved nameplates and desk signs can be inexpensively produced by us in a variety of colors. We also manufacture engraved directional signs for a multitude of business applications.

Manuals, class packets, handbooks and annual reports

With books and journals, your design, layout and printing has a story to tell. Our design team can help give your publications a life of its own, with eye-catching design and professional content layout OR submit your finished PDF for production.

Finished sizes are typically 8.5x11 or 5.5x8.5. We offer full color or black and white printing; coil or spiral binding, saddle stitching or stapling; plastic covers, tabbing and more. If there is something that you need done that isn't listed on our site, just ask.
